We offer discounts for weekly (10%) and bi-weekly (5%) cleaning services!

What’s included in our recurring cleaning package

• Kitchen: wipe down countertops, wipe down appliance exteriors, wipe down countertop items, feather-dust all accessible surfaces, wipe down microwave inside and outside, wipe down and rinse empty sink, wipe down backsplash, wipe down stove top and grates, feather-dust window sills, sweep, vacuum and mop hard floors, take out garbage and replace bags.

• Bathrooms: clean mirrors, wipe down and rinse sinks, shine spouts and handles, wipe down countertops, clean toilets and toilet area, wipe down shower and bathtub & clean up hairs, feather-dust window sills, sweep, vacuum and mop hard floors, take out garbage and replace bags.

• Bedrooms, living room and common areas: wipe down table surfaces, wipe down countertops, feather-dust ceiling fans (that can be reached with extending poles), feather-dust window sills, sweep, vacuum and mop hard floors, vacuum carpet and rugs, take out garbage and replace bags.

What’s included in our deep cleaning package

Everything in recurring cleaning, plus: scrub and wash kitchen sink, scrub and clean backsplash, clean stove hood (exterior only), scrub and wash bathroom sinks, scrub and wash shower and bathtub, wipe down baseboards, clean interior windows and wipe down window sills, feather-dust blinds, wipe down entry doors, feather-dust AC vents, clean light switches and power outlets.

Deep cleaning is recommended for every first cleaning to start recurring services, and then whenever needed to keep the home clean.

1000 - 1499 sq ft: 189.00

1500 - 1999 sq ft: 259.00

2000 - 2499 sq ft: 329.00

What’s included in our move in/out cleaning package

Everything in deep cleaning, plus: clean inside oven, clean inside fridge, wipe down cabinet fronts, vacuum and wipe down inside kitchen cabinets & drawers, clean stove top and grates to remove built up grease and dirt, vacuum and wipe down inside bathroom cabinets & drawers.

Move in/out cleaning is perfect if you need a completely empty home cleaned prior to moving in or after moving out. Optional add-ons include: wet wiping blinds, removing hard water stains, collecting trash, and heavy-duty cleaning.

• Hard water stains or soap residue buildup in bathtub & shower: 45.00 (per bathroom)

• Wet wipe AC vent: 15.00 (each)

• Collect trash: 25.00 (per 30 minutes)

If some areas in the home haven't been cleaned for several months or years and need a little more TLC, please let us know so we can advise you about a heavy-duty cleaning and leave your home looking it's best! Areas that have a long-term buildup of trash, grease, or dirt, might need scraping, soaking or scrubbing that isn't already included in our cleaning packages.
