Recurring cleaning is perfect for a customer who would like to have regular house cleaning services. We recommend a deep cleaning for every first cleaning and once every one to three months. We recommend recurring cleaning for weekly (10% discount) or bi-weekly (5% discount) upkeep. We charge a flat rate, based on the square footage and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. These are our prices for recurring cleaning:

1000 - 1499 sq ft: 145.00
1500 - 1999 sq ft: 185.00
2000 - 2499 sq ft: 235.00
2500 - 2999 sq ft: 285.00
3000 - 3499 sq ft: 335.00
We’ll give you a custom quote if the house is larger than 3500 sq ft.
