Move in/out cleaning prices

These are our prices for a one-time move in/out cleaning:

0 - 999 sq ft: 336.00
1000 - 1499 sq ft: 364.00
1500 - 1999 sq ft: 434.00
2000 - 2499 sq ft: 504.00
2500 - 2999 sq ft: 574.00
3000 - 3499 sq ft: 644.00
We’ll give you a custom quote if the house is larger than 3500 sq ft.

We offer discounts for weekly (15%), bi-weekly (10%) and monthly (5%) cleaning services. We recommend a deep cleaning for every first cleaning to establish routine services.

Wet wipe window blinds: 25.00 (each)
Scrub tile or vinyl floors with brush: 25.00 per room (250 sq ft)
Interior walls: 35.00 per room (250 sq ft)
Hard water stains/buildup in toilet: 35.00 (each)
Hard water stains or soap residue buildup in bathtub & shower: 45.00 (per bathroom)
Wet wipe AC vent: 15.00 (each)
Collect trash: 25.00 (per 30 minutes)

Our cleaners are extremely thorough in completing all the duties in our cleaning packages. Please read above to see exactly what’s included in our move-in/move-out cleaning.

If some areas in the home haven't been cleaned for several months or years and need a little more TLC, please let us know so we can advise you about a heavy-duty cleaning and leave your home looking it's best! Areas that have a long-term buildup of trash, grease, or dirt, might need scraping, soaking or scrubbing that isn't already included in our cleaning packages.
